Whitney Swartzentruber

Office Manager

Whitney is our loyal, caring, and fun-loving Office Manager. She has a strong background in customer service and really enjoys chatting and building relationships with our clients. Whitney started as a veterinary assistant part-time shortly after we opened in 2015. After a couple of years of filling in when needed she decided to take a full-time position in 2017. She was promoted to our Office Manager in 2019 for her hard work and dedication to the practice, clients, and patients. Whitney was born and raised in Marysville and is a Graduate of MHS. She lives in the country with her husband, two sons and their two huskies, Ashe and Ahri. Whitney is an avid reader, enjoys playing pc games, and traveling.


Samantha Metz

RVT - Lead Technician

Sam joined our team in 2017 shortly after Graduating from OSU with an associate's degree in Animal Science. After working in the practice for a couple of years she really wanted to do more with helping and caring for our patients and decided it was time to go back to school to become a veterinary technician. While in school she became Fear free certified in 2020 and strives to make every patient’s visit as comfortable as possible. Sam graduated from Penn Fosters Veterinary Technician program in February of 2021 and passed the VTNE in August of 2021. Sam’s favorite part of working here is radiology and post-operative care. Sam lives at home with her 2 dogs, cats and horses. When Sam isn’t studying, she enjoys showing her horses and reading books.

 



Jessica Lines

Veterinary Assistant

Jessica joined the team in early 2020! She is so eager to learn, is always asking questions and is a great addition to our staff. After finding her passion for helping animals in the office and fostering sick cats, she has enrolled in a Veterinary Technician program. Jess’s favorite part of working here is getting to help care for ALL THE CATS!! Jessica shares her home with two ferrets, four cats and two dogs. Her favorite animals are cats and pandas, and in her free time she like to read comics and play video games.


Kelly McCoy

Veterinary Assistant

Kelly joined the team in the summer of 2020 after graduating from The Columbus State Veterinary Technician Program. Kelly has a special love for animals and has two kitties at home. In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors, fishing and playing video games.
